Job Description:

We are hiring experienced professionals for the US Mortgage Voice Process who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to mortgage servicing, loan processing, and borrower communication.

---

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle voice-based customer interactions related to US mortgage loans.

• Communicate effectively with borrowers, lenders, and third-party vendors.

• Perform verification, loan setup, and documentation follow-ups.

• Update borrower details and loan information accurately in systems.

• Ensure compliance with US mortgage regulations and company policies.

• Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution and process updates.

• Maintain quality and productivity targets as per process standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: Minimum 1year in US Mortgage Voice Process / US Banking Voice Process / International BPO (US Process).

• Excellent communication and listening skills.

• Good understanding of US Mortgage concepts Loan Origination, Servicing, or Foreclosure is an advantage.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.

• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
