Role Overview Description
Role: Senior AI/ML Engineer
Mode of Work: Onsite(Ahmedabad)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable AI/ML Engineer with a proven track record in building and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions. As part of our innovative healthcare startup, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven solutions that directly impact the industry. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is passionate about cutting-edge AI advancements, and is ready to take ownership of AI initiatives from concept to deployment.
Key Responsibilities-
AI/ML Development & Deployment:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for healthcare applications, ensuring high accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Implement deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and large language models (LLMs) to enhance AI capabilities.
- Work with transformers, diffusion models, and neural networks to build state-of- the-art solutions.
- Optimize AI pipelines for speed and efficiency, including model compression and quantization.
- Collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets from diverse sources.
- Build and maintain data pipelines that facilitate seamless model training and evaluation.
- Implement automated model retraining and monitoring for production environments.
Software Engineering & Infrastructure:
- Develop production-ready AI applications using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Integrate AI models into web applications built with Node.js, React, Flask.
- Ensure seamless deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning, tracking, and reproducibility.
Research & Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest AI/ML trends and technologies.
- Explore emerging fields such as quantum AI, TinyML, and federated learning.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers, data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with company objectives.
- Participate in code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and technical discussions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
Technical Skills:
Programming: Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
AI/ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs.
Data Engineering: SQL, Apache Spark, Data Preprocessing, Feature Engineering.
MLOps & Deployment: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS/GCP/Azure, model serving.
Big Data & Distributed Computing: Hadoop, Spark (good to have).
Version Control & Collaboration: Git, JIRA, Confluence.
