Job Description
Responsibility Areas:
- Responsible for the overall adherence of Operational SLAs.
- Client Retention.
- Responsible for revenue generation, client engagement; maintain client quality and ensure service levels are met on a consistent basis.
- Making sure the business has its optimal head count of employees and ensure staffing strategies are effectively executed
- Main focus on Talent/Employee Retention
- Hold team meetings and performance reviews on a regular basis with direct reportees.
- Escalate performance related issues to Director on a timely manner.
- Escalate client complaints to Director and Leadership team on a timely manner and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Performs any other duty assigned by Director or Leadership team.
- Responsible for execution of business transition.
- Act as single point contact for the Managers for all their client and team members related needs and create a harmonious work environment.
- Responsible for Performance Management of SM/OM/TL.
- Ensure that the teams adherence to QMS and ISMS standards.
Domain/Specialty Required -
- Possess sound knowledge of all the process.
- Min of 12 years of Professional and Relevant Experience & 8 years of People Management & Project Management Experience.
- Should be strong in Coordination & Supervision
- Capable to manage the Senior Managers, Managers & other subordinates.
- Staffing, Succession planning, training and cross training.
- Development of Strategic plans for Operational Activity. Implement and Manage Operational plan.
- Inspire and motivate the team and maintain a positive work environment to achieve the set targets in the business
- Analyze weekly / Monthly and Yearly performance and come up with the plans to increase the performance of the team.
- Excelled in Client handling.
- To ensure client satisfaction by the delivery of quality services and quality products.
- To review reports and take corrective steps to strengthen the productivity / people.
To maintain the discipline at Production floor.
