Job Description

Datamatics is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition professional to handle end-to-end hiring for Non-IT functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions (sourcing to pre-onboarding)
Source candidates using Job portals Naukri.com & Monster, Employee referrals
Offer negotiation, Stakeholder management, Updating ATS, Offer letter creation & Data management

Requirements:

Completed Graduation in any streams
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment for Non-IT profile (Consultancy background would be an advantage)
Proficient in Job portals - Naukri.com
Good communication skills - Written & Verbal
Only Mumbai base candidates preferred

Job location & Working module : Andheri, Mumbai & Work from Office
