Job Description

• Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing customer support teams.
• Strong background in customer service operations with the ability to enforce standard processes and best practices.
• Experience in setting and monitoring performance metrics (CSAT, response time, resolution time) and using data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Skilled in handling escalated, complex, or high-priority customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with product, operations, and other teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn tools, systems, and processes used in customer support environments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Product Sales experience must have.
• Required candidates from B2B business
• International client handling is mandate.
• Excellent communication skills
• Shift timing will be night shift (6:30 PM-3:30 AM)

Travelling allowance will be provided
