We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Chat Support team. As a Chat Support Executive, you will be responsible for assisting international customers via chat (and possibly email), resolving their queries efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources
Troubleshoot customer issues related to products/services and provide effective resolutions
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments when necessary
Adhere to shift schedules, including night shifts and rotational offs
Required Skills:
Excellent written English communication skills
Good typing speed with accuracy
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Willingness to work night shifts and flexible with rotational offs
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with chat platforms/CRM tools
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum educational qualification: High School/Diploma/Graduate
6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support/chat process preferred
Prior experience in international BPO/KPO or chat support is a plus
