Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Developer to design and implement engaging, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, proficiency in front-end technologies, and the ability to translate user needs into functional, visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
  
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to understand user requirements and transform them into functional designs.
  
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  
• Implement UI designs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  
• Ensure design consistency, usability, and accessibility across platforms and devices.
  
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve the user experience.
  
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer, Front-End Developer, or UI/UX Designer.
  
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
  
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
  
• Experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design principles.
  
• Good problem-solving and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
  
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Agile/Scrum environments.
  
• Knowledge of animation frameworks (GSAP, Framer Motion) or CSS animations.
  
• Exposure to backend integration (REST APIs, JSON)
