Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Records Retrieval Specialist is responsible for

1. Retrieving,

2. Verifying, and

3. Aligning patient medical records from various source paths and

4. Electronic health record (EHR) systems.

This role ensures that all retrieved records are completed, correctly categorized, and aligned with given order for accurate documentation, billing, and compliance
