Job Description

JD- Junior Health worker/ Medical Skilled worker

Handle front desk operations
Guiding to patients on Maharashtra govt. schemes on healthcare.
Helping patients for registration on Govt. Scheme portal.
Implementation of Various health care related schemes of Govt.
Maintain and organize patient records and hospital documentation
Coordinate with medical staff for daily administrative tasks
Assist in billing, data entry, and report preparation
Provide courteous support to patients and visitors
Maintaining log as per the directive of Local Charity Commissioner office
Coordinate and report to local charity Commissioner office.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
Good communication skills
Marathi Typing knowledge

Preferred Attributes:

Polite and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Familiarity with hospital management systems is a plus
