Job Title: O365 Specialist

Seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and Cloud Lead to join our team and manage the IT infrastructure and cloud change-the-Bank agenda for APAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Bank's cloud and IT systems are secure, reliable, and meet the needs of the business. In addition, the candidate must be familiar with AWS, AZURE, EntraID, Microsoft 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop architecture, as these are key components of Mizuho Bank's cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead change-the-Bank projects in IT infrastructure and cloud supporting the region
• Ensure that the cloud and IT systems are designed to operate smoothly, securely, and efficiently
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and other teams to ensure smooth transformation and timely delivery of projects
• Provide guidance and technical support to team members and other IT staff in the region
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and standards related to IT infrastructure and cloud onboarding
• Develop and implement processes to monitor and analyze system performance, stability and KPI
• Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
