 International Voice Process Executive

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our international voice support team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assist international customers, resolve their queries, and provide exceptional service. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the willingness to work during night and graveyard shifts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain professional communication and adhere to process guidelines.
  • Document customer interactions and update CRM systems as required.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction).
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call quality and customer experience.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism during challenging calls.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate (with excellent communication skills).
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work in night shifts and rotational schedules.
  • Location: Raheja Mindspace, Hi-tech City, Hyderabad
