Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Data Architect to design and implement scalable, high-performance data solutions on cloud platforms. You will lead data architecture, engineering, and analytics initiatives, ensuring data quality, governance, and accessibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain scalable data architectures and models for cloud platforms.
• Develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Databricks, AWS Glue, and Lambda.
• Utilize AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Athena, DynamoDB, and EMR.
• Collaborate with BI teams to migrate reporting from Qlik to Sigma and enable advanced analytics.
• Ensure data governance, security, and performance optimization.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in AWS Cloud Services and Databricks
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Scala
• Experience with Apache Spark, data lakes, and data warehousing
• Familiarity with BI tools like Qlik, Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI
• Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation is a plus
• Exposure to real-time data pipelines, Kafka, or Flink is advantageous
