Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Handle international customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer queries.
Maintain call logs and update CRM systems.
Meet performance targets (AHT, CSAT, etc.).
Work collaboratively with the team to improve service delivery.
Required Skills:
Excellent spoken English communication skills.
Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in BPO/Call Center atleast 6 Months (International Process) is a plus.
