Handle back-end data entry, documentation, and record management tasks.
Analyze reports and prepare summaries as required.
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of data.
Coordinate with internal teams via email or chat for information updates.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and reporting to the supervisor.
Identify and report process improvement opportunities.
Preferred candidate profile
Typing Speed: Minimum 30 words per minute with high accuracy.
Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data.
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Communication: Good written communication skills in English.
Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Must have own laptop/desktop and reliable internet connection.
Comfortable with Night Shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM).
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: Graduate in any stream (Preferred: Commerce / Management / Computer Applications).
