Process: E-Commerce (Flipkart Process) Work from Home

Job Role: Customer Support Associate

Job Type: Contractual (Work from Home)

System Requirements:

Personal Laptop only (Government laptops not eligible)

Minimum i5 Processor, 10+ GB RAM, Windows 10 or above

Broadband Internet Connection with minimum 20 Mbps speed

Candidates must attend the interview using a laptop

Nature of Job: Domestic BPO Voice (Inbound)

Shift: Rotational Shifts and Rotational Week Offs

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 9 Hours of Login (8 Hours Productivity + 1 Hour Break)

Language Requirement:

Regional Language: Malayalam

Average proficiency in English with the ability to read and understand

Eligibility:

Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

Qualification: Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline

Age Limit: Up to 30 years

Salary Details:

Freshers: 13,948 (Take Home)

Experienced (Minimum 6 months in BPO): 15,700 (Take Home)
