Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage counter sales, showroom sales, retail sales, jewelry sales, RSO (Returns & Stock Outwards), gold loan sales, luxury watches sales, gems & apparel sales at our retail outlets.
  
• Ensure excellent customer service by providing personalized solutions to customers' needs.
  
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory management.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to increase revenue.
