About the Job
HighRadius is looking for a Billing Analyst who can contribute in achieving our financial goals. The Billing Analyst will be responsible for Global billing for SAAS contracts which includes T&M and Milestone billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Domain exp End to End understanding of billing process including Customer Master, Contract Management, and Invoicing). Significant focus on timeliness and accuracy.
- Preparing customer invoices, order management / contract management
- Analyze and interpret client contracts to ensure accurate and timely billing in alignment with pricing models.
- Timely Submission of Credit & Debit Note requests for clients
- To proactively manage the responses to all queries of clients/sales through the centralized email-boxes
- Maintain High level of accuracy and Turn Around time for all transactions
- To take care of volume based/tiered based billing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivables, Billing procedures, dispute management
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving and Negotiation skills
