Job Title: Customer Support Executive(voice process)
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Interview location: Jayanagar
Salary: 20,000 to 22,000 (In Hand) +CTC more than that
Working Days: 6 days of working and 1 rotational week off

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for Voice process to join our team in HSR Layout, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, billing, and complaints.
Log all customer interactions accurately in the system.

Key Requirements:
Minimum qualification: PUC (12th pass) or any Graduate.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi(mandatory)
Minimum 3 to 6 months of experience required
