Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage sales performance by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and acquiring new customers for current accounts.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of banking products such as CASA (Current Account Savings Account) to provide expert advice to clients.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other banking services and products to increase revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.
