Job Description
- Visit customers locations to conduct scheduled bike test rides
- Demonstrate and explain key features, performance, and specifications of the motorcycle
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during test rides
- Maintain the bikes condition and readiness for daily test drives
- Address customer queries with professionalism and product expertise
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales team
- Support sales closure by creating a positive brand experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge and passion for motorcycles
- Ability to explain technical details in simple terms
- Customer service orientation
- Basic understanding of sales and field operations
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence (mandatory)
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in automobile field sales, test ride coordination, or customer demonstration roles
- Familiarity with motorcycle brands and models
- Physically fit and comfortable with frequent travel
