About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Automation Specialist with strong expertise in automation testing using Selenium and a solid background in database testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of software applications through structured testing processes and robust automation practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform functional and regression testing of MS Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring end-to-end validation of functionalities and data.
Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans to validate application functionality and performance.
Conduct database testing to verify data integrity, data migration, and backend processes using SQL queries.
Apply automation techniques using tools such as Selenium, Rest Assured, and BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber) to automate repetitive and regression test cases.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely defect resolution.
Develop and maintain comprehensive test reports in line with governance and compliance requirements.
Participate in test planning, estimation, and process improvement initiatives to enhance QA efficiency.
Work independently, managing testing priorities and deliverables effectively in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6-8 years of hands-on experience in QA automation and database testing.
Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, and BDD tools like Cucumber.
Strong knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques.
Experience with MS Dynamics 365 functional testing is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC), defect management, and test automation frameworks.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
