You will also engage in strategic planning and decision-making to enhance application performance and user experience, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.

Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Spring Boot.

Experience with microservices architecture.

Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
