Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Architect with proven expertise in Education Cloudto lead solution design, architecture, and implementation for enterprise-level academic and institutional systems. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce Education Cloud, as well as a strong background in core Salesforce modules and integrations.

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall Salesforce experience, including 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect.
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Education Cloud implementation and customization.
• In-depth understanding of the Education Data Architecture (EDA) and related data models.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Integration patterns.
• Proven track record in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
• Experience integrating Education Cloud with student management systems and third-party tools.
• Strong grasp of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and deployment best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross functional teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for stakeholder interaction and solution presentation.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (Highly Preferred)
• Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant Certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
