Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver process training programs for Property & Casualty insurance, including OJT (On-the-Job Training) and NHT (Need-based Training).
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of training materials, such as manuals, guides, and presentations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences that meet business objectives.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to improve overall performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in P&C training or related field.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance products and processes.
- Proven track record in designing effective training programs using various methodologies (e.g., classroom instruction, e-learning modules).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
