Job Summary:

Role : Record To Report

Experience: 1 year to 5 years

Job Location: Pune

Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Commerce

1 to 5 years experience in handling Record To Report (RTR) activities

Good Domain Knowledge and communication skills

Proficiency in SAP ERP

MS Office proficient (excel knowledge is must)

Blackline Recon Tool

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving skills

Ability to meet tight deadlines with quick turnaround

Creative thinking, proactive approach, and self-motivation

Must be flexible to work in all shifts

Responsibilities:

Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Experience in preparing BalanceSheet Reconciliations, Intercompany and GRIR reconciliation

Hands-on experience with month-end activities including journal entries (e.g., accruals, provisions) and reporting (monthly, quarterly, yearly)

Preparation of SLA reports

Ensure all SLAs are met as per agreed timelines
