We are seeking a skilled and experienced PL/SQL Developer to join our team in the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in database development, performance tuning, and data analysis using Oracle PL/SQL. This role involves working closely with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions for financial applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
- Optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL code for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data analysis and validation to support business processes.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with data modeling and database design concepts.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
