Job Description
As a Premier Relationship Manager in the Kotak 811 Digital Banking team, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and delivering a superior banking experience through personalized engagement and product offerings.
This role involves sourcing new customers, deepening existing relationships, and cross-selling a wide range of banking products.
You will work closely with internal teams and group companies to provide seamless access to ficial solutions, conduct special sales initiatives, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely query resolution and proactive communication.
The role demands strong customer orientation, high energy, and a consultative approach to relationship management.
Acquire new HNI customers and expand existing relationships for liabilities.
Source new customers through individual efforts and acquisition channels.
Cross-sell bank products to mapped branch customers to enhance wallet share.
Inform clients about new products and enhancements to deepen engagement.
Plan and execute special sales initiatives and client events to drive business.
Coordinate with group companies to offer integrated ficial solutions.
Maintain complete relationship records for all assigned customer accounts.
Track and resolve customer complaints and queries within defined turnaround times.
Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Meet defined sales and relationship management targets.
