Job Title: End-to-End Recruiter

Job Location: Bangalore

Reports To: Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated End-to-End Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for a variety of roles across different functions and industries, with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Attraction:
    • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
    • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
    • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent and meet business requirements.
  • Screening & Interviewing:
    • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Facilitate interview processes, including creating interview guides, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Engagement & Communication:
    • Maintain constant communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and transparent experience.
    • Guide candidates through the interview process, answering any questions they may have about the company, culture, and role.
    • Provide feedback to candidates at each stage and manage expectations effectively.
  • Offer & Negotiation:
    • Partner with hiring managers to extend job offers, negotiate salary, and ensure a smooth offer acceptance process.
    • Handle any questions or concerns candidates may have about offer details, benefits, and terms.
  • Onboarding & New Hire Integration:
    • Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is completed and new hires have a smooth transition into their role.
    • Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates.
    • Provide insights on recruitment trends, challenges, and areas of improvement.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure effective recruitment and a smooth hiring process.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, market trends, and new sourcing tools to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an End-to-End Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role (2-5 years preferred).
  • Solid experience in sourcing candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Exceptional interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
