Senior Resident - Pediatrics @ Fortis

Job Description

• Look after & manage the patients under the guidance of the consultant.
• To assist the consultant in all procedures/operations related to the department
• In the absence of the Consultant to faithfully look after the patients along the indicated line of treatment
• To be an in-house consultant for all emergency situations encountered in the hospital.
• Actively participate in presentations of CMEs and Journal clubs.
• Assist the consultants in all emergency cases.
• Participate actively in the teaching program of nursing staff and technicians.

• Supervise all nursing/ para medical & non medical staff of the department to maintain discipline and high standard of medical care at the department as per standard operating procedure.

Assists the Consultant for:

• Special material management requirement
• Ensure quality of performance of the department
• Complaint redressal of patients
