UI React - Senior Engineer @ Iris Software

We are looking for a skilled Senior Engineer to join our team in the QA Hybrid department at IRIS SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Analyze and report defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in agile development methodologies, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
• Conduct performance and stress testing to ensure software scalability and reliability.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with software testing and quality assurance.

• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
