Job Description

• Architect and deliver advanced solutions for Club fulfilment, inventory, and receiving, using GenAI and Agentic AI technologies.
• Guide and mentor engineering teams in designing future-ready club systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and data science teams to define and execute the technical roadmap for next-gen club systems.
• Champion best practices in software engineering, AI integration, and agile development.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning.

• Proven experience in leading large-scale software engineering projects, ideally in retail or supply chain domains.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML, especially GenAI and Agentic AI, with hands-on experience in deploying these technologies in production environments.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of guiding teams through complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a passion for driving cross-functional initiatives.
