Job Description
ob Overview Position: Talent Acquisation Executive
Domain: Recruitment (Non-IT)
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Location: Jubilee Enclave, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end volume/Lateral hiring across departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
- Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews.
- Manage candidate experience, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and ATS records (preferably Workday).
Required Skills
- 2 years in BPO recruitment.
- Familiarity with ATS tools (Workday preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Experience sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Desired Skills
- Experience in Lateral/Support hiring.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills.
