Job Description

Role Purpose

Design, develop & lead a team of strong developers for cutting edge Java Full Stack application development

Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune

Design, develop & lead the team : Hand on experience in design, development, and maintenance of Java full-stack applications.
Architectural Design : Lead architectural and design discussions to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
Code Quality : Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Collaboration : Work closely with UI/UX designers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders.
Mentorship : Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Stay Updated : Keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies.
