Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Workflow Service Delivery (WSD), and Customer Service Management (CSM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, WSD, and CSM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform system analysis, design, and testing of ServiceNow applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow modules.
• Maintain and upgrade ServiceNow platforms and ensure system security and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow Development.
• In-depth knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, WSD, and CSM modules.
• Expertise in scripting languages like JavaScript and Glide API.
• Experience in creating and managing workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data models.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions.

Certifications (Preferred):

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Additional Information:

• Immediate to 15 days notice period preferred.

Willingness to work from Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Chennai office locations.
