Permanent role
Locations open: Bangalore (Genpact Prestige Park office) & Hyderabad (Genpact Hafeez pet office)
Shift Timings: 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM
Work Mode: RTO
About the Role
Were looking for a passionate and articulate Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping our brand narrative, managing internal and external communications, and building strong relationships with stakeholders and media partners.
This role requires a creative storyteller with strategic thinking and excellent writing skills who can translate complex ideas into impactful messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal and external communication plans aligned with business goals.
- Create content for press releases, leadership messages, newsletters, and digital channels.
- Manage media relations and coordinate with journalists and publications.
- Support executive communications such as speeches, presentations, and thought leadership.
- Handle reputation management and crisis communications when required.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor and report communication impact and suggest improvements.

Qualifications
- Masters or bachelors degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
- 36 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in a B2B or global environment.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with a strong sense of storytelling.
- Experience managing media relations and executive communication materials.
