Project Role :Product Owner
Project Role Description :Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationTechnical Product Manager cum Product OwnerExperience:8+ yearsResponsibilitiesDefine and prioritize the product roadmap for the observability platformGather requirements from stakeholders (DevOps, SREs, developers)Translate business needs into technical features and user storiesCollaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver featuresMonitor product performance and user feedback to guide iterationsSkills & Experience8+ years in product management, preferably in DevOps or observability tools(Strong understanding of Application Performance Monitoring (APM), infrastructure monitoring, and cloud-native environments (AND/OR)Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Camunda, n8n).Exposure to SAP, BI tools, or LLM-based features.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platformsUnderstanding of multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and DevSecOps practices.________________________________________
