What youll build :
As Operations specialist you are responsible for:
- Developing and implementing of reports for continuous improvement in Cloud operations and System performance.
- Monitoring system performance and conducting regular performance analysis to identify areas for optimization.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues or system errors in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of SAP systems with business requirements.
- Developing best practices for system operations and management
What youll build :
- 5+ year work experience in administration and analytics
- 3+ year experience in service delivery in global teams
- Extensive experience in popular reporting platforms including MS Excel andworking with large data sets
- Basic hands-on experience in one or more analytical tools
- Proficiency in performance analysis and optimization
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills
- Continuous learning and adaptability to new technologie
