Lead the design of software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms to support development efforts.
Mentor development teams on architecture principles, design patterns, and coding standards.
Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance on system integration and deployment.

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in an architectural role.
Expertise in .NET technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Strong understanding of design patterns, system design, and distributed systems.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and performance tuning.
Exposure to AI/ML technologies and ability to integrate AI components into enterprise systems.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical strategy.
