Position: Renewal Caller

Department: Motor Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for motor insurance renewals, primarily for private car policies.
  
• Explain renewal benefits and process to customers clearly and effectively.
  
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of renewal cases.
  
• Maintain call records and update daily reports.
  
• Provide excellent customer service and handle queries related to motor insurance renewals.
  

Requirements:

• Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates (both can apply)
  
• Work Mode: Work from Home
  
• Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred
  
• Must have a laptop/desktop and a stable Wi-Fi connection
  
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
