Job Title: Demand Planning Process Lead / Team Lead / Team Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. You will work closely & Directly with the Client & cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will contribute to our company's growth.In this role you will play a key role in:
- Lead the Material Planning/Production Planning team for a market/cluster
- End to End inventory analytics (ex-Business wastage, excess inventory) including target of reducing inventory
- RPM Norm determination
- Front end the discussion with Factory Material planners
- Developing tools with the help of IT teams
- Apply RPA in the existing delivery
- Supply collaboration
- Deliver all the business KPIs agreed
- Provide insights through various management reports
- Analyze the reason for plan failures and work with IT and internal team to fix the issues
- Manage the group of team members
- Bring best practice of market to the delivery
- Work with transition and transformation teams to deliver best practices to the client
YOUR PROFILE
- Complete knowledge of Planning (Demand, Production/Distribution and Material Planning processes)
- Good in analytics
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English
- Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment
- Working in CPG sector as a Supply Planner or demand planner
- Application of Supply chain principles with extensive knowledge in MRP & Production planning
- Skills in query/reporting tools , spreadsheet applications and presentations
