Responsible for performance monitoring and daily system administration, including server monitoring, service configuration, IIS, drive usage, and timer jobs.
Perform administrative tasks such as site creation, page/library creation, site permissions, and user issue resolution.
Monitor SharePoint logs, activities, events, and assets.
Troubleshoot SharePoint application issues and perform root cause analysis.
Handle ServiceNow tickets within defined SLA boundaries.
Provide 24x7 support for SharePoint infrastructure and applications.
Review and monitor usage and health reports.
Support BAU (Business As Usual) activities in collaboration with application support teams and vendors.
Manage servers in a SharePoint multi-site farm, including setup and configuration of SharePoint services.
Maintain Web Front End Servers, Indexing Servers, and aspects of database server maintenance.
Your Profile
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint (2010/2013/2016) and Microsoft 365 (O365).
Strong hands-on experience with web and application services running on Microsoft IIS.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and MOSS (Microsoft Office SharePoint Server).
Experience in SharePoint infrastructure support in enterprise environments.
Experience in working with ServiceNow for incident and request management.
Experience in meeting and adhering to IT Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
