Job Description
- Manage end to end implementation by acting in the roles of Project Manager and Functional Consultant. Activities include but are not limited to: leading design, understanding and analyzing client requirements, providing guidance on best practices, designing third-party integrations, training clients and preparing for deployment of services - all within defined time frame of completion.
- Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Successfully manage multiple/simultaneous projects by continually motivating clients, ensuring project timelines are met, and client / partner issues are addressed while adhering to Concur s SOPs.
- Work with the customers on integrations aspects to achieve a robust & reliable end to end solution
- Actively manage expectations, scope & stakeholders to avoid delivery escalations
- Effectively communicate and work with internal and client teams
What you bring:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and virtual presentation skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients
- 5-10 years of consulting experience
- Experience working directly with customers to resolve implementation issues
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain an effective follow up system to ensure timely and accurate implementation
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Project Management experience
- Consulting experience in enterprise systems
- Technical design and configuration expertise to complete realization and deployment of product in line with the business process
- Good problem solving and issue articulation skills
