Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design and implement Pega solutions for complex business problems, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and manage projects from initiation to delivery.
Provide technical leadership on Pega implementation projects, including architecture design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Ensure high-quality deliverables by reviewing code reviews, conducting unit tests, and participating in peer reviews.

Job Requirements :

11-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in Pega development (CDH).
Strong understanding of Pega Platform 8.x/9.x features such as BPMN 2.0 process modeling language.
Experience working on large-scale Pega implementations across multiple modules (e.g., Customer Service, Marketing Automation).
Proven track record of successfully leading or contributing to complex software development projects.
