Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user interfaces with a focus on enhancing user experience and interaction.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs accordingly.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate best practices in UI/UX design.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (BSC, MCA, MSC, B.TECH, M.TECH).
- Proven experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in both UI and UX design, demonstrating a holistic approach to creating user-centered solutions.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Usability Testing, Interaction Design, Graphic Design
