Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Architect to lead the development of a cutting-edge data product application. This role involves end-to-end ownership"from defining the product roadmap to overseeing development, managing integrations, and mentoring a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, and Python, along with strong experience in relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. A solid background in both analytics and web development is essential. Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage the technical roadmap for the data product application.
  • Align development goals with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Design scalable and maintainable full-stack architecture.
  • Lead front-end development using ReactJS and back-end services using NodeJS and Python.
  • Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of the application.
  • Architect and manage relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Optimize queries and ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance.
  • Plan and execute integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Mentor and guide a team of 10 developers and testers.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical direction, and ensure task clarity and execution efficiency.
  • Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Full-Stack Architect or Senior Developer.
  • Expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, and Python.
  • Strong experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
  • Solid understanding of data product development, including analytics and visualization.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
  • Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in React.js.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
