Job Title: SAP MM Lead / Manager US Projects (Hybrid | 3 PM 12 AM Shift)
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Mode)
Work Timing: 3 PM 12 AM IST (US Project Support)
Experience: 8+ Years | Minimum 23 End-to-End US Implementation Projects

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Materials Management (MM) Consultant to support our US-based implementation and AMS projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise, strong analytical thinking, and proven experience in managing complex SAP MM landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP MM implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects for US clients.
- Configure and enhance SAP MM processes covering Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification.
- Prepare and validate RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) deliverables.
- Collaborate on integrated areas (MMFI, MMQM) ensuring smooth end-to-end processes.
- Participate in testing, training, and user support, ensuring seamless business operations.
- Work closely with onshore teams during US business hours (3 PM 12 AM IST).
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Strong functional knowledge in:
- MM Org Structure & Master Data
- Sourcing & Procurement
- Consumption-Based Planning (CBP)
- Inventory Management
- Invoice Verification
- RICEF development
- Integration experience in MMFI and MMQM.
- Preferred: Exposure to Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of SAP MM experience with at least 23 US implementation projects.
- Strong process understanding of end-to-end supply chain and procurement flows.
- Excellent communication, client interaction, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
