Job Description
If youre looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a team of talented colleagues who enjoy both work and life, Westernacher is the perfect place for you. We are looking for S/4 HANA Public Cloud Application Solution Architect for our growing team in India.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP S/4HANA implementations (Public/Private Cloud or On-Premise). Public cloud experience is must.
- Conduct fit-to-standard workshops, define solution boundaries, and ensure adoption of best practices.
- Develop solution architecture documents, integration blueprints, and data migration strategies.
- Collaborate with customers to translate business pain points into digital core roadmaps.
- Support pre-sales activities solutioning, proposal writing, RFP response, and client presentations.
- Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Practice Leads to ensure solution consistency and quality.
- Mentor consulting teams and build internal competencies around SAP S/4HANA.
- Ensure alignment with SAP roadmap (RISE/Grow with SAP, BTP, AI Automation trends). Grow experience is must.
- Govern solution integrity across project lifecycle design to go-live.
Your Experience and Skills:
- 12+ years of total SAP experience; at least 3-5 years as Solution Architect on SAP S/4HANA
- Strong functional expertise in atleast one Logistics Processes (Order to Cash, Plan to Fulfil, Projects) with cross Module integration expertise specially finance
- Deep understanding of integrations BTP.
- Experience in delivering Projects using Activate Methodology, CBC, CALM, and
- Experience in conducting SAP Digital discovery assessment (DDA)
- Experience in fit-to-standard cloud projects or rapid deployment templates for mid-market clients.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to engage with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Proven experience balancing design quality, project practicality, and business outcomes.
- Exposure to pre-sales and proposal solutioning.
- Strong understanding of India localization and regional deployment complexities.
- SAP S/4HANA certification preferred is a plus.
