Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Acquire and manage a portfolio of HNI and retail clients through proactive sales efforts.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets by cross-selling financial products and wealth management solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase client acquisition and retention.
  • Client Advisory & Wealth Management:
  • Develop customized financial plans based on client requirements.
  • Provide investment advisory and wealth management solutions tailored to financial goals.
  • Conduct portfolio reviews and suggest investment strategies.
  • Market Research & Investment Strategy:
  • Conduct independent market research to generate investment ideas.
  • Stay updated with financial products, regulatory changes, and market trends.
  • Relationship Management & Client Servicing:
  • Build long-term client relationships by offering personalized financial solutions.
  • Organize client meetings, investment presentations, and financial planning sessions.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA (Finance) / CWM / NISM 10A & 10 certification.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong sales acumen with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for financial markets and wealth management
