We are currently hiring Senior Engineers across the following disciplines:
- Electrical Design Engineering
- Mechanical (HVAC) Engineering
- Public Health Engineering (PHE)
- Fire Protection Systems (FPS)
Role Overview
As a Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading BIM-enabled design delivery for global landmark projects. You will mentor teams, drive innovation through digital-first methodologies, and ensure design precision aligned with international standards and sustainable practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of complex building systems (Electrical / Mechanical / FPS / PHE) for diverse global projects.
- Champion BIM-driven, data-integrated design workflows.
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver coordinated, high-performance MEP systems.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, promoting excellence and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and sustainability objectives.
- Represent Pinnacles design expertise in client and stakeholder interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant engineering discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive design experience in respective domain.
- Strong exposure to UK and Middle East projects preferred.
- Proficiency in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and digital design tools.
- Professional certifications (CEng / PE / IMechE / NFPA / CIBSE / ISHRAE) are desirable.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
