Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers (US/UK markets)
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate product or service information
Ensure professionalism, empathy, and a positive experience on every call
Accurately document customer interactions in the system
Achieve performance metrics such as call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Collaborate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues
Job Requirements:
Experience: 1 to 4 years in International Voice / BPO / Customer Service
Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills (mandatory)
Willingness to work night shifts (US/UK timings)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
